About Us

Your development

We believe it is important that you integrate into our business and become as effective as possible within a reasonable timescale. Both you and your line manager are responsible for making sure you complete your induction programme.

The purpose of induction training is to:

  • Make sure you are able to start work effectively and safely.
  • Check that essential information and documentation has been exchanged.
  • Introduce you to the Group, the location where you work, your collegues and your work environment.

Training and development
We recognise that our greatest asset in achieving the Group’s business objectives are our employees. We are therefore fully committed to ensuring everyone has the skills and knowledge to do their jobs effectively and are encouraged to work to their full potential. This is achieved by a structured training and development policy, which is regularly evaluated to assess its effectiveness and performance against our strategic objectives.
